Her involvement in RUF during college grew her relationship with Jesus, her understanding of Scripture, friendships, and love for ministry, all leading her to follow God’s call to RUF ministry in Boston! Serena and her husband Ryan live just west of the city. Looking for conversation topics? She will never tire of discussing… board games, questions about faith and the Bible, good books, music, and your love life. (Jk! But actually….) Serena enjoys exploring new coffeeshops, will always order the Pavement rosemary salt bagel, and can't wait to get to know you better! Don’t hesitate to reach out :) https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1e43e7e0-baae-44eb-b340-e304d36debbe/Nathan.png Leadership - CAMPUS MINISTER - NATHAN DICKS Rev. Nathan Dicks founded RUF at BU in 2014 after graduating with his MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Hamilton, MA. Nathan studied architecture at Clemson University, planning to follow in his dad's footsteps as an architect until the financial collapse of 2008 sent him in a different direction. Realizing his love for studying and teaching the Bible to college students, he ministered at the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia for two years then moved to Boston to begin seminary. Nathan is married to Sarah and has two sons Ward and Henry. Nathan loves meeting new people, running, golf, anything outdoors, travel, and good music. She grew up as a PCA pastor’s kid and attended the University of New Mexico where she studied speech and hearing sciences. RUF at UNM began her freshman year, and she became deeply involved from the start. What started as a weekly gathering quickly became a steady, formative presence in her college years—a place where she learned to ask honest questions, build lasting friendships, and experience the consistent grace of Jesus in community. In the summer of 2025, Jadyn married her husband, Austin, and they are grateful to step into this season of ministry together. Jadyn loves to read, cook meals for friends, and find new coffee shops to try. On most days, you can find her with a book nearby, experimenting with a new sourdough recipe, walking her dog George Bailey, or catching up with friends. She’s thankful for the opportunity to serve with RUF and looks forward to seeing how the Lord will continue to work in and through the campus community in Boston. http://www.rufbu.com/ruf daily 0.75 2025-01-20 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1737408964829-4HN0LV65PO7BE99E076X/617F19F9-47E4-409B-955F-B34A4C12825D.JPG RUF http://www.rufbu.com/contact daily 0.75 2018-09-17 http://www.rufbu.com/welcome-home daily 0.75 2019-08-06 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1565131911415-S9EVZ5LTNPC083RJFKGK/IMG_0137.JPG Welcome https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1565131952231-K4JR0I91HYJV4A63Y84W/IMG_0254.JPG Welcome https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1565131987753-M3EOIAKXMF59ZTSBFNYG/IMG_0570.JPG Welcome http://www.rufbu.com/churches daily 0.75 2025-12-18 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1598921195365-UC3YFIBH90IRA9JOT2Z3/AC244FFB-88AD-4B2F-977D-40D8EA30510F.jpeg Churches http://www.rufbu.com/donate-1 daily 0.75 2026-04-13 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1737409205955-UVY1RN8BA2ILPYKMR2CI/B1822AC8-7286-48C6-B91B-B3FF13FAE1C6.JPG Donors http://www.rufbu.com/get-involved daily 0.75 2023-09-05 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/1598977739425-RB5SJTJN86PURKISG5A9/9FDA118B-FD74-4A3B-8B34-EB93F0F34A4D.jpg Calendar http://www.rufbu.com/home daily 1.0 2025-02-03 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1391287286405-92Z4A4R3T2ZSZAKNVS9V/image-asset.jpeg Home - Transient https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/400b45d8-e158-4542-8afe-80e2220a9da4/A8A875A8-9DC0-44C8-A059-BD6DB1219C7E.JPG Home - About RUF is a community for people from all backgrounds to engage with God’s word, explore questions of faith, and live for God’s glory. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/54a1b299e4b031a765948444/0f69fb1e-50e8-411f-aec6-5c50ba5e9e4a/65DEB645-D2BB-4876-B28A-9E43516E9D9A.JPG Home - Get involved RUF gathers weekly in small and large groups for worship, discussions, service, and social events. http://www.rufbu.com/podcast daily 0.75 2020-08-25 http://www.rufbu.com/home-alt-bedford daily 0.75 2025-04-22 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390500612440-PGQSIY8KL9F7T5VIXQLO/chambers-2.jpg Home Alt A better world Starts with a choice Contact Us https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390500503574-5BAPXZO9U06UV61P49UO/chambers1.jpg Home Alt Sustainability Starts with you Join Us https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390500933384-LII4SRIPHFYOUFX0UCXC/chambers-4.jpg Home Alt A better world Starts with a choice Join Us https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390504287124-HQ8GNX1JCE22V047MSQ9/chambers-8.jpg Home Alt Preserve Nature Join Us
